ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING TIMES
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Due to the owner's current academic year, our team will work as hard as possible to ensure your order is processed within 5-10 business days.
After your order is shipped, all orders that have been placed under tracking will receive an email with tracking details. Please check your inbox to keep updated on your order!

All estimated shipping times are simply estimations! Sometimes things happen out of our control, and we are not liable for any delays due to post office strikes, custom clearance, and etc.
EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICIES
Chlawed maintains a strict, no-return policy on any and all orders.
This is not done out of a malicious purpose! Due to the rise of safety hazards and contactless free diseases, we will not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygienic reasons. This includes:

Incorrect sizing

Faulty sets

Incorrect address/location

Lost mail via post office

Dissatisfaction with nail design

Other personal reasons (i..e. you spilled glue on a nail, you lost one nail)
We ensure that every order is to the client's needs. Yet in the instance if you receive the wrong order, you will be sent a new pair. If you did end up losing a nail, you have the option to order a replacement for $4 CAD/nail. When ordering a replacement, we highly recommend you ship it with another order to save on extra shipping fees!
